LABO’LIFE BELGIUM SRL and LABO’LIFE ESPAÑA SAU (hereinafter “LABO’LIFE”, “We”, “Us” or “Our”), are companies belonging to the same group that are committed to ensuring the confidentiality of visitors and users of the website and to treat their personal data in accordance with all applicable data protection laws and regulations, including but not limited to the General Data Protection Regulation EU 2016/679 (GDPR).

This privacy notice explains how LABO’LIFE collects, uses, shares and stores personal data.

Finally, we inform you that we do not collect or process any health data or any other special category of data that we may receive through this website, and we proceed accordingly to its deletion.

Transfer of personal data

We may share your personal data with companies in the same group and with partners, only for the purposes indicated above and in accordance with the legal bases for the processing and for the retention of your personal data. LABO’LIFE, like many companies, sometimes hires other companies to perform certain business-related functions.

There will be no transfers of personal data outside the EEA.

Security of your personal data

LABO’LIFE takes appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk involved in the processing of personal data of data subjects, in order to protect the rights and freedoms of natural persons. These measures have been put in place to protect personal data from destruction, loss, alteration, accidental or unlawful disclosure or access by unauthorised third parties.

Data subjects have the possibility to request the exercise of the following rights:

  • Right of access: they have the right to obtain confirmation of whether or not their personal data has been processed and, where applicable, to obtain accurate information about the processing of their data. They also have the right to request a copy of the information we hold on data subjects.
  • Right to rectification: they have the right to request that we rectify inaccurate personal data, in particular by supplementing or correcting all or part of the information we hold about them.
  • Right to erasure (right to be forgotten): they have the right to ask us to erase personal data concerning them and all information we hold, if appropriate.
  • Right to restrict processing: they can request that some of their data not be processed.
  • Right to data portability: they can request to retrieve their information in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and transfer it to other data controllers.
  • Right to object: they can object to the processing of personal data concerning them.

 

The application of these rights is not absolute. Requests to exercise the rights will always be assessed on a case-by-case basis by LABO’LIFE’s DPO or Data Protection Officer.

Where the processing of your data is based on consent, you may withdraw your consent at any time, simply and without any justification.

If you wish to receive more information about the processing of your data or if you wish to exercise your rights, you can send your requests to the DPO or the LABO’LIFE Data Protection Officer.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority of the EU Member State of your habitual residence, of your place of work or of the place of the alleged breach, if you believe that your personal data is not processed in accordance with the GDPR.
