Link policy and disclaimer

The scope of these Terms of Use is limited to access to and use of DIMI’s and the Labo’life Group’s websites. They do not extend to or apply to links and third-party webpages accessible through this website or blogs.

DIMI accepts no responsibility for the content of third-party websites accessed through links on its platforms. DIMI declares that it will not examine or exercise any type of control over the content of other websites. Nor does it guarantee the technical availability, accuracy, truthfulness, validity or legality of sites outside its control or ownership that may be accessed via such links.

DIMI shall not be liable for any damages resulting from interruptions, omissions, computer viruses, failures and/or disconnections in the electronic operating system or user devices caused by factors beyond DIMI’s control; nor for delays or blockages due to deficiencies or overloads in internet networks or other electronic systems; nor for the impossibility of providing service or allowing access due to causes not attributable to DIMI.

DIMI declares that it has adopted the necessary measures to prevent any damage that might arise from users’ browsing. Nevertheless, the absence of incidents cannot be guaranteed. DIMI may also interrupt the service at any time and without prior notice for technical, security, control or maintenance reasons, power supply failures or any other cause.

Modifications

DIMI reserves the right to make any modifications it deems appropriate—without prior notice and at any time—to the content published on its websites and to the Terms and Policies posted on them. Such modifications may be made unilaterally or in any legally admissible manner. They shall be binding for as long as they remain accessible and published on DIMI’s websites, until replaced by subsequent versions.

Users are therefore advised to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of the applicable version.

Intellectual and industrial property

DIMI, either as owner or licensee, holds all intellectual and industrial property rights over its websites and all elements contained therein—such as images, sound, audio, video, software, texts, trademarks or logos, colour combinations, structure and design, selection of materials, and computer programs necessary for operation, access or use. These works are protected under Spanish and EU legislation, as well as under international treaties on intellectual and industrial property signed by Spain.

Accordingly, all rights are reserved.

Under the applicable Intellectual Property Law, the reproduction, distribution and public communication—including the making available—of all or part of the website content for commercial purposes, in any medium and by any technical means, is expressly prohibited without DIMI’s authorisation.

The user undertakes to respect DIMI’s and the Labo’life Group’s intellectual and industrial property rights. Users may view elements of the website and may print, copy or temporarily store them solely for personal and private use. Users must refrain from removing, altering, bypassing or manipulating any protective device or security system installed on DIMI’s websites or networks.

The reproduction, transmission, transformation, distribution, public communication, making available, extraction, reuse, exploitation or use of any nature—by any means or procedure—of any works owned by DIMI or the Labo’life Group is strictly prohibited unless legally permitted or expressly authorised in writing by DIMI.

Legal actions and applicable jurisdiction
